SpinWish takes its cut from the DJ's side, not yours.

Each DJ sets the price of a request on their own session, and it's shown to you before the M-Pesa prompt arrives. That number is the whole amount.
Safaricom may charge you their own transaction fee. That one is theirs and it isn't ours to waive.

We send an M-Pesa prompt to the number you give us. You enter your PIN on your own phone — the PIN never touches this app.
When Safaricom confirms it, your request joins the DJ's queue and you get a receipt with the M-Pesa code on it.
If you don't enter the PIN, nothing happens and nothing is charged.

Five things can happen after you pay. Here is all of them.
You didn't finish paying
Nothing was charged. The prompt timed out or you cancelled it
The DJ turned it down
The payment stands. You paid for the place in the queue, and the DJ decides what plays
The set ended before it played
The payment stands. The night ran out before your song came up
It played
The payment stands. You got what you paid for, even if you'd left by then
You tipped
The payment stands. A tip isn't attached to a song — it's a gift, and it's the DJ's the moment it lands
Every payment here is final once M-Pesa confirms it. If something looks wrong, Get help below and a person will read it.

Money left your phone and nothing appeared, or a receipt looks wrong: tell us from the payment itself, or from Get help. You get a reference back and we answer within 24 hours.
If Safaricom took money and we have no record of it, that one is theirs to trace and we'll tell you so rather than leaving you waiting.
