The intro starts, the phone says it was you, and everyone you came with turns around. The request leaves the queue and the receipt stays in your history.
The set ends. The night settles.
Every request and tip is on the DJ’s ledger the moment it is paid. SpinWish keeps 30% of request money and none of the tips, and the balance reaches the DJ’s M-Pesa within 48 hours. There is no payout to request.

And if it doesn’t get played?
A DJ can turn a request down, and a set can end before your turn. Either way the payment is final: what you paid for is the place in the queue, and the DJ decides what plays. The payment policy says it in full.
