In plain words
You pay a DJ to consider playing your song. The DJ decides what plays — SpinWish doesn't, and neither does the amount.
If your song never plays, the money is owed back to you. The Payment policy covers exactly when.

SpinWish connects you to DJs who are playing live. You pick a song, pay for the request with M-Pesa, and it joins that DJ's queue for the set they are playing right now.
We run the platform. We do not perform, we do not choose the music, and we are not a party to what happens in the venue.

You need to be 18 or older. Paying for a request means using an M-Pesa line, and those are registered to adults.

3.1 · A request is a request.
Paying puts your song in front of the DJ. It does not oblige them to play it. A DJ reading the room and turning your track down is the DJ doing their job.
3.2 · The queue is first-come.
Your request takes its place in the order it was paid for. Paying more does not move you up — the only thing that reorders a queue is the DJ, by hand, during the set.
3.3 · A set ends when the DJ ends it.
Sets don't run to a timetable. If yours hasn't played by the time the set closes, see the Payment policy.
3.4 · The price is the DJ's.
Each DJ sets what a request costs on their session, and it is shown to you before you pay. It does not change after you've paid.

One account per person. Keep your password to yourself — anything done from your account, including payments, is treated as done by you.
You can pay from any M-Pesa line, including one that isn't yours, as long as you have permission to use it.

The price you see on the button is the whole amount. Nothing is added — SpinWish takes its share from the DJ's side.
When money is owed back to you, and how it reaches you, is set out in the Payment policy. That document governs; this clause only points at it.

The message you attach to a request is read by a DJ, sometimes out loud. What belongs in it is set out in the Community guidelines, and they apply to everyone here — listeners and DJs alike.
Don't use the platform to break the law, to impersonate somebody else, or to interfere with how it works for other people.

We'll tell you in the app before a change takes effect, and you'll be asked to agree again if the change affects what you pay or what you get for it.
Every version is dated. The date at the top of this screen is the one you're reading.

You can close it yourself, from Settings → Delete account. What happens to your data when you do is set out in What SpinWish knows about you.
We can suspend an account that breaks the Community guidelines or is used for fraud. If money is owed to you when that happens, it's still owed.

The laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya. If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
